Colin is an experienced management consultant with a track record of over 16 years gained in big 5 and niche consulting organisations. Colin specialises in Knowledge Management and change management projects, working at strategic and operational level helping public sector departments and related organisations plan for and implement change. He has experience of designing and implementing web 2.0 technologies (communities of practice and web forums) to support enterprise wide knowledge sharing and online collaboration. Michael Grunert  Michael Grünert, Process Improvement and Change Consultant
